Educational Consultation to Families
- Help families navigate the special education process, make educational decisions for their child, and create a strong partnership with their school team
- Connect parents with outside resources and facilitate meetings to assist with additional support for various health, safety, and disability-related needs
- Review educational documents
- Assist with out-of-district school placements
Post-Secondary PlanninG for Neurodiverse Students
- Support families throughout the college application process, prepare students for college with guidance on self-advocacy, executive functioning
- Connect with outside agencies to assist with attainment of jobs and on the job training services.
- Plan and accompany neurodiverse high school students on college visits and college fairs.
Parent Coaching - Learn More >>>
School districts may refer families for parent coaching in order to bridge the gap between home and school. This work involves collaboration with the school team in order to effectively support the generalization of important student skills across settings.
