Connecting Supportive Schools & Talented Staff

Finding good staff is hard. Keeping good staff is even harder. We have created a unique supported staffing model designed to fill open positions with caring, collaborative paraprofessionals and BCBAs.

SUPPORT DESIGNED for School Districts

Here's what you can expect when we place paraprofessionals:

  • We find good applicants and send them to you to be hired as district employees.

  • We focus on caring individuals and ABA students who need fieldwork placements. Students will help your BCBA with their workload by doing required tasks, such as data analysis, program development, assessment support.

  • We do the initial training on behavioral concepts and interventions.

  • We work with the district to create a professional learning community of paraprofessionals through regular meetings facilitated by LSGurdin Consulting.

Here's what you can expect when we place BCBAs:

  • We find qualified, collaborative, empathetic BCBAs and send them to you to be hired as district employees.

  • We work with the district to provide ongoing mentoring to BCBAs as part of a professional learning community.

  • We help you cover short-term leaves and long-term positions, including summer placements.
